Hii... Your muscle spasm may be because of an  incorrect posture during lactating & it is very common in lactating women. Whenever you maintain an incorrect posture for a long time , your muscles will be go into the spasm and it will  produce pain & stiffness.
Next Steps
Consult to physiotherapist and learn an isometric exercises and stretching  exercises for neck and back muscles. And do hotpack before or after exercises
Health Tips
Maintain proper posture , correct baby holding technique, do isometric exercises adviced by your Physiotherapist.Do it atleast once in a day.

Hi friend !! First of all congrats on achieving this wonderful milestone of being a MOM. Secondly, don't worry much as this is a very common issue for lactating moms as there is postural imbalance due to lordotic posture(because the belly grows out). Also we always peep down to look at our young one that they are taking feed properly or not. For quick remedy you need to only go for neck Isometric exercises + US + IFT/TENS . They all are safe during lactation period.
Next Steps
Refer to a good physio near you just to learn basic neck isometric exercises and postural corrections required.
Health Tips
can go for hot packs whenever you feel more discomfort along with postural corrections needed. All the best.

Maintain proper posture to reduce nuscle spasm. With IFT+US it will be reduced but maintaining posture is more important with this treatment.
