So,first I had muscle weakness on my hand which I showed to my family doctor. He gave me some blood test to do, In which I got deficiency in vitamin b12 and d3. Which I had several injections for weeks but then also my muscle weakness stays.which now muscle weakness in all over body. When I do exercise my muscle gets more weak and I don't feel my muscle when I exercise. And at night I get uncontrollable muscle tremors. And I also feel something stuck on my throat while swollowing and several headaches
