As u said the pain is recurrent specially in legs,, this could be muscle cramps..
It is mainly because of dehydration...,,
So start drinking 4-5 lits of water in 24hrs,, i lit of electrol water being specific no glucon-D,, add 2-3bowl of mixed fruits daily..,, some stretches n strengthening exercises.. morning brisk walk-start with 12mins n increase gradually till 30 mins.. 2 glass of warm milk in a day specially one in morning n one at night before going to bed.. follow this for more than 10days...
u should be fine..
if u feel better continue this as ur daily routine..
