Getting evertime muscle pain between knee and ankle I am unable walk and stand also. Can please suggest a solution

Hello, take a bucket full of warm water add common salt dip your leg for ten to fifteen minutes. LOCALLY APPLY anti inflammatory analgesic cream two times. Assessment of VIT B12 and VItD3 level. Ok.
