It can be due to many reasons.. dehydration, posture, periods related, hurt, white discharge, muscle spasm etc etc.. just relax ..do warm compression and apply ointment..you can consult for further advice.

I might be due to delayed periods..If it is one side pain only then we need to evaluate further also..any urinary symptoms u have?..any past history of renal stones?need thorough evaluation
