My dietitian recommended becozinc (capsule of zinc & B complex fortified with vitamin C) and it turned my urine bright/neon yellow, should I stop taking it?

No need to stop taking medicine. It's really natural with you your change of urine bcz of the Vit B supplements. Not yo be worried about anything.
