Multiple Symptoms

I am always severely tired with chest pain at least three times a week, headaches, my bones are hurting (especially my lower back). My last three blood results have come back with high WBC, high MPV, high MCH, high monocytes, abnormal manual differential ... as well as high albumin and protein serum, and low creatinine and potassium serum. My FNP says she doesn't know what wrong and I'm tried of feeling sick everyday. Please point me in the right direction.
