Can I use otrivin nasal wash for treating nasal allergy. (Multiple sneezing in a row and itching inside nasal passage).

No otrivin should not be used, its a decongestant and should not be used for more than a week as it leads to rhinitis medicamentosa. Instead u can use fluticasone furoate nasal spray 2 puff twice a day in each nostril and tablet allegra m once a day
