My brother has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis since 2019, but after that the ms was manageable but since last 3 days he was suffering from very high fever with disability in walking and even standing. He has taken paracip 650 but fever is not getting down. What medicines should I give to him for earliest recovery from high fever. He has taken oral steroid too but no medicine is working. Please suggest some effective medicines. Thankyou!
