I have multiple Lipoma all over the body so how it can be removed with minimum surgery or in any other alternative way.

Multiple lipoma usually dont require any treatment If its painful or causing discomfert then u can take painkiller or can remove it. Do "lipid profile test" if ur lipid level is increased then it can b taken care of.
