1) Gall stones can’t be treated cured with medicines. 2) if planning for pregnancy it’s a safer option to remove the gall bladder before getting pregnant as there might faint chances of complications. There is no treatment that can be cure gall stones without surgery. Also even if somehow stones are removed without removal of gall bladder stones form again within few months.
