Only Treatment for gallstone disease is surgery. Morbidity of surgery is much less then that of complications If symptomatic ie pain then possibility if complcations is high In today's date we do SILS Ie single incision Laparoscopic Surgery ie Surgery is done with a single cut typically patients navel Stiches are internal & waterproof dressings So next day patient is back yo normal life

1) Gall stones can’t be treated cured with medicines. 2) if planning for pregnancy it’s a safer option to remove the gall bladder before getting pregnant as there might faint chances of complications. So that would be yr call to get surgery done or not. Stones can also be asymptomatic and pregnancy can go smoothly without the surgery.

There is no treatment that can be cure gall stones without surgery. Also even if somehow stones are removed without removal of gall bladder stones form again within few months. Also whether u need surgery or not depends on your symptoms.  If stones have started causing Symptoms then gall bladder has to be removed without any doubt because otherwise complications are high.
