Multiple follicles on right ovary

I am trying to conceive and I am under doctor's supervision this month. He is saying that I have multiple follicles in my right ovary and size of each are smaller. Bigger one is 1.39 on 15th day. He is saying there is less change of pregnancy and due to hormonal imbalance this is happening. Please guide me.
