1) Fibrotic opacity in right mid zone & small calcified foci seen in basal segment of left lung 2)S/P/O cerbral neoplasstic lesion - metastasis. Chronic infact in B/l Peri ventricular region, RT Frontal LOB Right Temporal lobe and left thalamus

Could be unknown primary with brain mets.. Requires surgery and or radiation to brain along with PETCT to evaluate primary
