The lab results confirm a state of Multiple Nutritional Deficiencies, including Iron Deficiency Anemia (Hb 11.6), Vitamin D deficiency, and borderline B12 levels. The elevated Homocysteine (18.17) is a strong clinical marker of functional B12/Folate deficiency, which explains the severe fatigue, body aches, and cognitive 'brain fog.' Regarding your hair loss, while the pattern looks like Female Pattern Hair Loss (FPHL), the low Ferritin (19.5) and Iron levels are major contributors to Telogen Effluvium (excessive shedding). Clinically, your body is in a 'depletion state,' where it is prioritizing essential organ functions over non-essential ones like hair growth and high energy levels."

Your reports do show multiple deficiencies that can explain the fatigue, body pains, low energy, hair fall, and concentration issues 👍 The good part is that many of these are treatable and improve gradually with the right correction plan. Since hair loss and hormones also need proper evaluation together, I’d strongly suggest booking a detailed consultation so we can review everything step by step and guide you properly.
