Multiple Cyst in baby's left kidney

My wife is 20 weeks 1 day pregnant. We have done Foetus Anomaly Scan yesterday. Everything is normal but left kidney is enlarged and multiple small clear cysts are seen. Right kidney is normal. Amniotic fluid is also normal. Earlier NT scan was also normal. We are worried. Please help.

It needs to be followed up.  The Sonologist didn't mention the size of the two kidneys . Please get another scan done from a different Centre after 2 weeks.
