Can we take multi vitamin tablet daily for increasing immunity? Is zin-Ken - vit tablet same as the zincovit tablet? I don't find the details for Zin-Ken-Vit in the internet. Are there any side effects for taking multi vitamin tablet daily?

There are no major side effects as such but I would suggest u consult a doctor first before starting any medication be it multivitamin. Better would be you should have a proper well balanced diet rich in green leafy Vegetables, high fiber diet and fruits rich in vitamin A, c and e Thanks
