Mucus running & some.pricking in throat

From last 15 days i am suffering from throat issue like mucus running in the throat and sometimes it feels like something pricking in the throat due to this little bit cough and sometimes burp coming  because i have gastric issue too and after burping i feels little better for sometime. I am doing some home remedies like steam inhale gargle with salt water just give me temporarily relief. 2-3 days before i saw yellowish line seen in the back wall of throat and my mouth inner wall looks white on both side near the epiglottis please suggest what should i do???
