MRI STUDY OF CERVICAL SPINE WITH SCREENING OF WHOLE SPINE REPORT CAME AS:
Study reveals central & bilatetal paracentral disc herniation with possible left paracentral extrusion at C6- C7 level causing thecal compression and left emerging nerve root impingement. Central and bilateral paracentral disc protusions are noted at C5- C6 and C7- D1 levels causing thecal compression and bilateral foraminal encroachment. Small central and bilateral paracentral disc protrusions are noted at C3- C4 and C4- C5 levels causing mild thecal indentation
In the limited scope of the report, it seems to be a case of cervical spondylosis. Please do mention if your father is having any weakness or any tingling/ numbness or any urination or defecation issues.
