Hello dr I have pain in spine from last 6 months so I did a MRI of LS spine and screening of spine So plz check my report and let me know and any advice for me Thank you

the MRI looks fine. if you are into a desk job then the pain is due to prolonged sitting and gadget use. you have to address the risk factors in daily life as they lead to muscle inefficiency and pains.
