Hi kind doctors, Could anyone clarify this attached MRI report summary? It's for my mother, she is 63. Suffering from shoulder pain (upper back). As per report given: Is it so bad in condition? Will a surge be required? Is it Fully treatable? Thanks in advance.

The reports are suggestive of cuff tear with moderate severity, you can have good outcome and movement followed by arthroscopic repair
Next Steps
Counsult an arthroscopy surgeon specialising in shoulder surgery
Health Tips
Dont wait too much till more muscle atrophy develops, this will make surgical outcomes poor if ignored
