I had a previous history of fracture medial mallelous left ankle operated. Last year I had gone through the surgery for screw removal but the pain is still there in the left ankle after one year of surgery, so I have done the MRI of left ankle and wanted to know how it can be improve and what sort of exercise I can do to improve the ankle pain.

You need to undergo arthroscopy of the ankle joint to deal with the cartilage defect. Also the Deltoid ligament may require repair/ reconstruction. These will need to be preceded by a good clinical examination and thorough study of the MRI images.
