MRI EFFICIENCY

I am HLAB27 NEGATIVE , MY MRI OF SI JOINTS PELVIC & HIP, and triple phase bone scan is quite normal ,I want to know MRI can miss early changes if there is mis happening

Your being HLA B 27 negative has nothing to do with your MRI findings. You should have asked the second part of the question before you went for MRI. Now MRI is done. You have already paid the money for MRI. Whether it is capable of picking up early changes or not is of no consequence. If you have to go for MRI again for any reason please ask the Radiologist if MRI is capable of picking up early changes or not.
