MRI report says (degenerative disc desicative changes are seen in form of decrease in normal T2 hyperintensity of nucleus purposes.Mild diffuse disc bulge with for animal dominance is noted at L3 L4 invertebral disc indenting thecal sac ventrally causing mild narrowing of bilateral lateral recess and bilateral neural foramina with no significant nerve root compression . AP sac of central thecal sac is 9.9 mm
These are degenerative changes of the spine. Beyond a certain age, all MRI films will show some age related spinal degeneration. With the MRI report you have typed, it seems the treatment can be based on your symptoms. Do you have pain, weakness, numbness, poor daily activity, bowel and bladder complaints? If yes then it needs further investigation and treatment.
