Diagnosed vertigo, tinnitus and nystagmus by an otolaryngologist recently. Symptoms started after fainting and fall on the head 2 years ago. Should MRI be done? If yes, then what is suspected?

A more detailed history is required for the type of injury, any symptoms related to hearing and balance if experienced post injury, was it evaluated at that time ? It could be related to an inner ear injury which might have occurred at the time of fall. Will need detailed assessment and repeat imaging to localise cause of symptoms
Next Steps
Consult to ENT, imaging if advised
