Movement when I was standing

When I was standing my body slightly moving front and back recently I diagnosed with bppv and b/l mastodities but I am free from bppv now but still my body moving when I was standing is there any other problem

Does it happens only when you stand suddenly from sitting or when you wake up from bed? If so nothing to worry.. It's just postural Hypotension. Keep hydrated.
