I think there is movement in in my upper right abdomen sometimes when i move my leg in a particular direction there in liver area and there is no pain just a minimal up and down

Pain with leg movement is unusual in that area. Better get clinical consultation. Also get one USG abdomen done, it may be psoas abcess rarely.
