I suffer from frequent mouth ulcer,please suggest what can be done,is there any matter of fear.I apply rexidin gel over it and within 4 to 5 days it heals.

This can be due to nutritional deficiencies, stress , acid reflux or poor oral hygiene . Avoid spicy and oily food, maintain oral hygiene.
