Hello .. Mouth Ulcer is normally caused due to acidity or Vit B 12 deficiency.. U will require some mild medicines and complete diet list to follow .. We can chat and I can provide you complete list of food to be taken and to be avoided . Please drink plenty of water or liquids .

There are different types of mouth ulcers. Try eating less spicy foods. Now sure you are taking b-complex supplementation and drink lots of water.
