Hello doc Pls give some remedy to treat my mouth ulcer problem.it s on my tip of tounge.so painful.what I do

Tablet A-Z (1in the morning and 1 at night) 15 days Tablet cipzen-D (1in the morning and 1 at night) 3days Tablet Pan-D (1 in the morning and night before food) Listerine gargle

Mouth ulcers are due to b vitamin deficiency. Please take tab riboflavin  twice dailywith bplex forte  once daily everyday after food.
