Dear Doctors, I am having constantly mouth ulcers always, In a month I will get 4 to 5 ulcers in my mouth could you please suggest me what should I do to control these mouth ulcers I am vegetarian, I don't smoke and I dont drink

Deficiency of vitamin can cause mouth ulcers. is your  bowel habits normal..?? do u have constipation..?? Drink
