Mouth sores

Asked for Male, 34 Years

From last 2 days I am suffering from mouth sores. Initially it started from left inner cheek and spread to tongue throat and whole mouth. Not able to eat 😢. Kindly help.

Plz apply mucopain gel over the lesion halfnhr before eating food for 5 days along with tab zerodol sp twice daily for 5 days , tab zincovit daily once for 15 days...
