Mouth ulcers are multi cause oriented, but your history suggests it could be either traumatic or stress induced. In both scenarios it is self limiting sometimes lasting about 7 to 15 days. Avoid spicy food and be on bland diet. You also mention about numbness (a possible nerve injury after extraction, most commonly after third molar removal)for which you need to get it evaluated for appropriate medication. Continue using Becosules, it's a multivitamin and has no harmful effect.
