Naresh nothing to worry. If motions are not watery, no vomiting. And if child is passing good amount of urine. Suggest maintain hydration by giving lots of fluid orally, normal diet. Your child should pass urine every 4 to 6 hourly.

In case of vomiting, increasing frequency and quantity of motions and if child is inactive get her examined by local doctor for dehydration. In case motions are with blood then need to start antibiotics
