I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and i recently started having nausea throughout the day and severe motion sickness as soon as the car moves i puke. Is there any medication i can take for it like ondansetron 4mg or doxinate? Which is better to take during the first trimester. Is ondansetron safe to take during first trimester?

Doxinate is a safer option. Ondensetron in 1st trimester has been associated with cleft lip and palate in some cases.

Ondasetron is safe in pregnancy. You can take one tablet half an hour before the start of the journey.
