Sir, My son 8 months old Last 15 to 20 days, he is going motion solid and black color, is there any problem sir, child is active taking milk dexolac stage 2,ceralac 2 times. And playing like normal person, motion is going alternative days. Please 🙏 telll me sir should. Thank u

It looks like constipation.Please maintain good hydration .Please give complimentary foods apart from Cerelac and dexolac.Please consult Pediatrician   if any further issues.tq
