Mother dairy milk
Greetings Doctors,
I have a quick question. We started toned milk from Mother Dairy to our 7 months old baby girl. We consulted a paediatrician first for this change of diet. Earlier, we used to feed her with formula milk only, Similac Neosure. It's been 4-5 days now. From then only, she is having constipation and sometimes to an extent that she keeps crying and and a little blood also comes out with the stools. Doctors please guide us with this problem. Thanks.

At this age,give 2 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home and 4 milk feeds including one top formula feed using a spoon and katori and rest breastfeeding.
Use formula till 9 months of age,when 3 each of solids and milk feeds are to be given.
After that,you have the option to switch to open milk.
