More hair falling out than usual.

Hey, recently ive been seeing more strands of hair on my hands when I take baths and rub my hair with conditioner. Sometimes I see a few strands falling out when I ruffle my hair. Here are a few things to consider. I take baths twice a day and use shampoo and conditioner once a day, I only wash my body and keep my hair dry on the 2nd bath which i usually take at night around 8 or 9 pm. I just dyed my hair about a week ago. ( I have dyed my hair several times in the past, this has never happened before. ) Im also on a diet and I started working out this April. I was 65kg when I started and now im fairly lean at around 53 or 54kg. I just want to know why my hair is falling out all of a sudden and if it's permanent or not. Thanks for taking your time to read my question, I would love some answers. Thanks in advance.

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
