During ultrasound test done twice no pregnancy detected. Though there is constant pain in lower abdomen but period is not coming. What might be the Reason behind this problem.please give me suitable advice.

Hi. If urine preg test or betahcg is negative wait for 45 after the periods date . Stress can cause delay in periods . Do some physical excersice .
