According to your sign and symptoms you are suffering from scratching due to monkey bite. If you haven’t taken any rabies vaccination then You should take complete vaccination As per schedule of Post exposure prophylaxis of rabies as Below - Injection- Rabies- Take at - 0, 3,7,14 and 21 or 28 days of first day of vaccination .
Next Steps
If you have taken vaccination of rabies in the past life more than 6 month old - Then take only 3 dose of vaccine as - 0,3 and 7or 14 day of first day of vaccination. If you have taken that vaccination with in 3 month then No need to any vaccine only You should take TT vaccine.
