MoMo pregnancy

I got to know on the scan that I am having MoMo twins and this is very rare case and chances of survival(babies) is very rare. How to proceed as I don't want to have an emotional baggage later during the pregnancy and need to take an informed decision. Please suggest good dr based out of Delh
