Molluscum contagiosum is a water borne disease and it is communicable. First of all don't share your towel with others and avoid swimming. These small dots can increase in number and spread. What my experience says is that even after removal of molluscum they reoccur. So better to take a proper treatment. We have medicines that can help u.
