Initially I have pimples caused due to pollution and dust especially beneath eyes...they keep on increasing their size then twisted them and removed with my nails.Finally the place where the pimples were taken off became balck in colour , the black spots look as if birth marks...

Hi . greetings. These may not have been pimples at all initially ! The history of the initial lesions is hazy. Your spots can treated with skin lightening creams.
