Contact lens use can lead to allergic conjunctivitis as well as other ocular surface problems, which may be the cause of your irritation. You need to consult an Ophthalmologist immediately to have a look at the severity, and necessary treatment which might include temporary omission of contact lens use, or a change in the material and wearing schedule. The mole in the eyeball is altogether a different problem, it might just be a benign nevus, and if not increasing in size, has to be left as it is. However, if it has appeared recently or is increasing in size, it requires urgent consultation with an Ophthalmologist.
