Hi doctor, I noticed a mole on my feet but I am not sure from when it is there.I have attached a photo of it.I am freaking out whether it is something serious.

A mole on the feet can be a junctional nevus, which is usually benign. However, since soles are less sun-exposed but high-friction areas, monitor for changes in size, shape, color, or border. If any change or discomfort occurs, a dermatologist evaluation and dermoscopy are advised. Most remain harmless, so don’t worry, just keep an eye on it.
