I had a black mole on nose in childhood .... i used home remedy to remove it .... mole gone but now there is a scar which is not flat .... a dermatologist removed it again but it developed again that scar ... what to do ... its not black in colour but there is scar which is not flat ... what to do ?? Which treatment should i opt to make the scar look flat ... i attached the photo

The Skin there has the tendency to develop into mole again so it is not scar..it is probably the mole again..u can opt for radio cautery.
