I've a small, round protruding skin on my lower lip. It's like a dot and is pink in colour. I really don't know what to categorise it as. It's not painful or anything. I suspected if this was a wart but I've this for more than three to four years now and even longer. Besides, I've tried a lot of home remedies and it doesn't really feels like a wart. How should I get rid of it? And if surgery, how much will it cost?
