I have developed a big mole kind of a thing in my leg . I am confused what it is. It was tiny initially and now it has grown big. Sometimes i feel I can pull it off but it doesn't come out. I have attached a pic of this. Please tell me what is this? And is it serious coz it's bothering me a lot mentally.
