Hello,        Consult a dentist in your neighborhood for finding out the cause of the pain and to get relieved.I would not recommend over the counter medications for pain relief as it would only provide short term pain relief and the actual cause (it could be due to caries or apical periodontitis ,abscess ,impaction or maxillary sinusitis )has to be treated to achieve permanent cure .

Pain killers will be of immediate help. But for a thorough pain treatment you will have to visit a dentist. Check up with the doctor will help to address your problem correctly...

Any painkiller will help, but it's better to see the dentist. Get the X-ray done to rule out the cause. It's better not to take medicines on your own. Address the root cause of the problem and the pain will go automatically.
