Molar root infection

I have bone loss between second molar and wisdom tooth and so I frequently get molar root infection. Doctors suggesting to get wisdom tooth removed. Is there any way to treat wisdom and molar infection without getting wisdom tooth extracted. Because whenever swelling occurs I get pain in second molar, not in wisdom tooth. So feel wisdom tooth extraction might not solve the problem and so I don't want to get it removed. Another complication due to this is that I feel strange sensation around molars which sometimes causes headache. I have attached X-Ray taken 3 months back.

Their is significant  bone loss in that area, but it can be treated by bone graft, talk to your dentist  about this option  if you don't want to extract the tooth.
