My left upper molar decayed. And Left ear and surrounding area of ear is paining. What treatment is required? Dentist or ENT?

Treat decay first. Treatment for decay would be decided on clinical examination and x ray. If the same or more pain continues after treatment of tooth, then you may have to visit ENT. Ear pain is common with decayed teeth or impacted wisdom teeth.
